We at Momma Moo Design Co.  have until the day your turn around time is up to send out your items. UNLESS turn around time has changed. We may have days that we are off that do NOT count in the turn around time. Once your package has left our facility it is in the shipping companies hands. We will help you navigate any issues but are not responsible for missing packages/damaged products. We will help you navigate claims through the shipping company.
